Connect public beta terms
The account and connection service are real. Billing is not: Stripe remains in test mode and cannot create a real charge.

What the beta provides
Connect provides passkey accounts, computer and city pairing, private invitations between people, a human reception, encrypted Roads, export, deletion, and a simulated Company-plan flow. It is an early service without a service-level agreement, guaranteed availability, or a promise that current limits and interfaces will remain unchanged.
No real payments
Stripe Checkout and the Customer Portal run only in test mode. No real card can be charged and no paid subscription, entitlement purchase, or tax invoice is created. Use Stripe test card details and fictitious billing data. A later move to real billing will require a separate, explicit launch and updated terms; it will never be inferred from a beta test checkout.
Your use
Use only accounts, computers, cities, knowledge, and invitations that you own or are authorised to operate. Do not use Connect to intrude on another system, deliver malware, harass people, evade access controls, probe other accounts, or deliberately overload the service. A connection invitation grants identity-level contact only; it never grants file, credential, tool, model, database, or execution access.
Security boundary
Message content is end-to-end encrypted between owner devices and the service has no decryption key. Private keys stay on the owner’s computer. The independent witness and external security audit are still in progress, so this beta is not a security certification. Do not use it for safety-critical work, secrets whose exposure would be catastrophic, regulated customer datasets, or special-category personal data without your own assessment and appropriate agreement. Keep human review for untrusted incoming text and consequential decisions.
Community Edition is separate
The Apache 2.0 Community Edition remains available without a hosted account, telemetry, licence server, or payment. You may also deploy the included relay in infrastructure you control. These beta terms govern only the optional service operated at agentscity.net.
Availability and enforcement
The operator may rate-limit, suspend, or close abusive or unsafe use and may change or end the beta. When practical, material changes will be stated on the service before they take effect. You may export and delete your account from the product at any time.
Privacy
The Privacy notice explains the service data, ciphertext retention, infrastructure metadata, providers, export, deletion, and data-protection rights. Creating a Connect space means you request this beta service under these conditions and acknowledge that notice.
